Currently we are seeking individuals for the following position:

 

Continuous Integration / Quality Management System Coordinator

 

Job Responsibilities:

- Centralized Library Soft and Hard Copy – On-Going Maintenance

- Consolidation of two hard copy archive locations and five document repositories (Documentum, Shared Drives, Livelink, et cetera.)

- Creation of a library system

- Inventory and maintenance of documents

- Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Management

- Assist with reformating, uploading, and routing SOPs for approval.

- Liasion between the GO SOP Owners and QMS Lead for any details that need verification.

- Community of Practice (CoP) Assistance

- Assist CoP Lead and Project Manager with any administrative duties including but not limited to meeting management, creation of presentations, training, et cetera.

 

Miscellaneous Administrative Duties:

- Assist with maintenance of plotters, print server, and printer

- Liasion between vendors and Document Management Team Lead

Order office supplies as needed

- Back up for scheduling meetings, setting up with LCD projector ect.

 

Skills Required to be considered:       

- Minimum of two-five years experience working in a professional work environment.

- Experience in Facilities Maintenance, Facilities Space Planning, Interior Design, Document Management, Quality Management Systems, Project Management preferably in the Biotechnology and/or Pharmaceutical Industries.

- Experience working with Microsoft Office products (such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, InfoPath, SharePoint, Visio, and Powerpoint), AutoCAD 2004-2007, Documentum, Livelink, Oracle, and TrackWise a plus.

- Excellent interpersonal communication skills

- Excellent reporting skills – written and presentation

- Team Oriented

 

Minimum Education Required:

- Strongly prefer Bachelor degree.

- Technical training/direct experience or knowledge of analytical, automation, or process equipment and instrumentation.

A detailed understanding of effective scheduling and workflow process preferable if in a scientific instrumentation maintenance environment.
