Responsible for coordinating and leading performance improvement activities using accepted methodologies, including identification, measurement, analysis, and reporting of projects, indicators, and outcomes via Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Visio, SPSS, SAS and other software for statistical process control and analysis; develops and assures data integrity including data cleaning and data mining; develops and presents executive summary reports of longitudinal studies and outcomes by levels of care or program and other reporting formats to committees as assigned; collaborates with interdisciplinary members of the healthcare team, including physicians, nurses, clinical care and other professional personnel, and support staff as required; supports networking activities and projects in coordination with the other divisions of the Department of Behavioral Health/Mental Retardation Services. Masters degree in health sciences, health information management, organizational development, or similar field, or a bachelor’s degree plus five (5) years experience in a direct care or quality improvement position.
