We are looking for someone with knowledge of NASA soldering requirement cable and harness. Must have familiarity with complex measuring and testing devices such as microscope, torque's, calipers and pull testers.

Knowledge of RF ultrasonic bonding and gold bail bonding

Performs complex inspections on PCB assemblies and inprocess inspections

Read and interpel complex drawings, blue prints schematics, standards, procedures and test data

Check components and assemblies for adequate marking/labels

Assists Quality Engineers with the material Review Board function and provide support to the Working Corrective Action Board and special audit teams

Must be able to become certified in ESD Awareness, Contamination Control, Flight Hardware Handling, DC Connector Mate/Demete, flight adhesives bonding, Thermal Compound Bonding Component Torque

Set up and inspect parts for print and associated document conformity to specified tolerances utilizing standard inspection equipment such as calipers, micrometers, height gages, CMM .

Job requires sitting and verifying product under microscope.
