Special Counsel is currently seeking Ohio licensed attorneys with a minimum of five years experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating U.S. Government contracts, subcontracts and purchase order terms and conditions.Candidates for this temporary opportunity will be expected to create contract and change order templates for use in routine transactions and to provide support in the drafting and negotiation of Memoranda of Understanding, Memoranda of Agreement, Confidentiality Agreements and Licensing Agreements.In order to be considered, candidates must have an intimate understanding of FAR and DFAR regulations.
