Chester County corporation seeks a part-time Contract Attorney to work 15 hrs/wk for the next 6 months.  The ideal candidate would be a licensed Attorney with 5-8 yrs of experience in Derivative Work - specifically 1992 ISDA (International Swap and Derivatives Association) Master Agreements and other ISDA documents.  Candidates that have prior experience negotiating documents are preferred.  Professional work environment and flexible hours. Hourly rate based on experience.
