Contract Professional:
Responsible for contract preparation from a template, contract negotiation, contract administration, and vendor contact activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and project specifications.
They will insure that company procedures, including all reviews and approvals are completed as required.
Ability to apply sound judgment to contract formation, vendor suggested clause changes, managing the changes and the vendor relationships.
Understands risk analysis and makes suggestions for contract language modifications. Perform all contracts related functions in Procurement organizations. Strong MS Office skills are required.
Personable and able to project a positive image of vendors, suppliers, engineering firms and internal clients.
