Required Skills:
• 3-5 years experience as a recruiting/sourcing professional within an financial services environment. Insurance experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work with clients at all levels within an organization.
• Proven ability to source candidates, including the use of Internet job boards and cold calling.
• Demonstrated knowledge of recruiting systems, processes, and procedures. Knowledge of Peopleclick preferred
• Must possess strong organizational skills, be a strategic thinker and a self-starter. Must be able to work independently and resolve complex issues using sound business judgment.
• Client service/communication/candidate management skills.

Description:
We are currently seeking a Recruiter to support Enterprise Risk Management hiring in our Downtown Manhattan office. We anticipate this assignment will last 3-4 months.
Responsibilities:
• Partner with Enterprise Risk Management hiring managers to understand business goals and define hiring requirements, required skills sets, and salary ranges.
• Manage the hands-on-recruitment process, from the sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiations and successful on-boarding of new hires.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to properly assess the skill sets and competencies of candidates.
• Work with team members/management to identify process improvements and make recommendations for change.
• Build relationships with outside sourcing and recruiting resources that contribute to the recruiting pipeline and complements the internal efforts.
• Evaluate and propose enhancements to recruiting processes and infrastructure.
• Provide advice and coaching to management on recruiting matters.
• Strong influencing skills, ability to deal with matrix reporting relationships and client groups.
