About the Job
Energy Firm seeking contract recruiter to assist Human resources Department in recruiting Sales Representatives for Buffalo NY and suburbs. Must have experience "cold calling" and sourcing multiple candidates. Also must be organized, be able to coordinate efforts and take direction from Human Resources. Candidate should have 2 - 5 years relevant experience from a recruiting firm and can demonstrate a successful track record placing candidates over a number of years. Experience placing sales candidates or similar would be a big plus.
