We are looking for 7-10 years experience in a major financial services firm or blue chip corporation with generalist recruiting capabilities including but not limited to Investment Management, Finance, Technology, and Human Resources. Our client will also consider recruiters with a strong track records from top tier search firms. The individual and what they can bring to the table is far more important than the industry. He/she should be capability driven and effective in managing projects and developing strategic client relationships.  The non-hierarchical, transparent culture of our client requires individuals who are shirt-sleeved, yet polished in their approach to collaborate as a team player while accomplishing their mission.
