• Inspection of simple and complex machined details to complex mechanical assemblies using various inspection equipment in open set ups.
• Interpret blue print drawings with Geometric, Dimensioning & Tolerancing. 
• Operate Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) to inspect parts using created part programs.
• Perform 1st Piece inspections.
• Work with AAI processes, procedures, military/industry specs and standards.
• Perform administrative task for inspection purposes with entries into the ARMS system.
• Will create rejections for all nonconforming material.

Required Skills

• Must possess good communications skills, both oral and written
• Good computer skills required, especially with MS Office products
• Must be self motivated
• Must be a TEAM player with good organizational skills and able to work with minimum to no supervision (upon completion of initial training)
• Must be able to work 2nd shift.

Required Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required. 2 years of inspection/quality control experience required. Must be PC proficient.

Note: All candidates must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain/maintain a government security clearance.
