Our client, a prominent medium sized law firm in Pittsburgh, has an immediate need for a Labor and Employment attorney with 3+ years of experience to join the firm on a Contract to Hire basis. Ideal candidates will have experience representing employers in the following areas:

 

-          Litigation of claims under Title VII, the ADA, the FMLA, and the FLSA

-          Grievance arbitrations

-          Hearings before the NLRB

-          Investigating allegations of employee misconduct, discrimination, and sexual harassment

-          Reviewing and drafting employee handbooks and personnel policies.
