84 Lumber is currently searching for the best and brightest in our industry to fill Contractor Sales Representative positions!
This position will work exclusively with contractors and home-owners to create positive relationships that result in lasting partnerships. You will source and develop contractor relationships, home-owner relationships, create estimates, visit jobsites, read blueprints, schedule deliveries, and help serve your contractors and home owners every way possible.
Qualifications:
Candidate must have extensive knowledge of building materials, lumber, millwork, and estimating. Must have prior related experience selling building materials to contractors (roofers, remodel and home builders, home-owners, framers, etc.). We are looking for individuals who can hit the ground running and have an established rapport with customers in the building industry.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
- Industry related experience
- Industry contacts
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Complete material estimates
- Consent to pre-employment drug test and criminal records background check.
- Be willing to work in outdoor conditions
