Contracts Administrator

About the Job

We are assisting our Birmingham client with their search for a Contracts Administrator.


Responsibilities include:


· Oversee negotiated contracts and vendor relationships as they pertain to established and on-going contracts
· Work with lines of business to review and execute contracts and be the final point of reference on legal, financial and risk management for all contracts
· Develop contract business workflow policies/procedures
· Distribute reports for all company contract activity across all lines of business
· Oversee contract applications and contract application process


Requirements include:


· Bachelor’s Degree
· Proficiency in building management reports using MS Excel and performing analysis as it pertains to on-going and newly executed contracts
· Experience with legal contract negotiations or litigation experience
· Organization and multi-tasking ability
· Ability to multi-task and work in a stressful, timeline oriented environment


There will be some travel in the beginning to various company facilities during initial training period.
