Contracts Administrator - Software Licensing

Our Client is in need of an individual who has experience with software intellectual property inside a corporate legal department. The Contracts Administrator will prepare software licensing agreements for customers and consulting services agreements. They will prepare order documents for customers, making modifications as required by business teams. They Contracts Administrator will review exceptions and modifications to software agreements. Negotiate terms with customers, support Sales to resolve issues while protecting the companies interests. The Administrator will also provide assistance to members of the Legal department and others as needed.

This is an estimated 3-4 month contract position through Volt Workforce Solutions located in Portland, OR. VWS is a member of the Volt family of companies and a publicly traded, nationally recognized leader in providing staffing and information services.



Requirements:

Required Skills for this Contracts Administrator position includes the following:

  • 4-5 years of contract administration experience in software licensing.
  • Experience with software intellectual property inside a corporate legal department.
  • Current experience working within a corporate environment in a legal organization.
  • Knowledge of terminology commonly used in contract and software licensing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
