Prepare order documents for customers, making modifications
as required by business teams.
Review exceptions and modifications to Serena agreements;
review customer provided agreements.
Negotiate terms with customers; support Sales to resolve
issues while protecting Serena’s interests.
Provide assistance to other members of the Legal department
and other Serena departments as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
4-5 years contracts administration experience in software licensing.
Knowledge of terminology commonly used in contracts and
software licensing.
Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment.
