Duties

• Establishing policy with related government business so that they are in compliance with federal guidelines and ethical policy


• Advise internal program manager on acquisition issues that will guide major business decision and daily operations decisions.


• Provide insight on contractual rights and duties as well as putting together and analyzing historical information.


• General contract administration including RFP risk mitigation, proposal preparation, negotiations, program authorization, management, issue resolution, billing and close out.

Education/ Experience

• BS in Business Administration or related field along with 5 years minimum in government contract administration.


• Familiarity with project life cycle from pre to post award


• Ability to read, analyze, interpret and respond to RFP and solicitation contracts, and financial documents


• Knowledge of FAR, SCA, DCAA and subcontract compliance


• Requires detailed knowledge of Deltek GCS Applications


• Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)


• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
