SoBran, Inc. is seeking a Senior Contracts Specialist to work in our corporate office located in Dayton, OH. 

Description:

To perform the full range of contracting functions and responsibilities for a rapidly expanding, closely knit company that provides a broad range of technical, professional and administrative services to a wide and diverse set of customers. Responsibilities include proposal and pricing development, writing and reviewing contract documents, contract negotiations, and managing/administering various types of contract vehicles.

Duties will include:
* Developing cost estimates/pricing for services
* Assisting in proposal development/preparing proposal business sections
* Creating/preparing and reviewing various contract documents, including government and commercial contracts, teaming agreements and consulting agreements
* Conducting contract negotiations with customers
* Representing the contracting office in meetings with internal/external customers
* Developing and tracking critical contracting metrics
* Preparing and conducting contracting status and special interest briefings

Experience:

Minimum 8 years of contracting experience, including experience in writing/reviewing/administering contract vehicles; proposal development; contract negotiations; with an emphasis on demonstrated experience/skill in cost estimating/pricing of services and developing/understanding/administering various types of contract terms and conditions. Must possess excellent computer, organizational and communication skills. A current security clearance or the ability to obtain a government clearance is required.

Education:

BS/BA Degree in a related field or equivalent
