This is a (40 Hour) Position Thursday Thru Monday Midnight to
Eight  Tuesday/Wednesday Off

BASIC FUNCTIONS:

• Monitoring a CCTV color system consisting of 283
  cameras which include both fixed and PTZ positions.
• Monitoring and acting upon audible and visual signals
  received from our alarm systems and responding to customer service-type
  phone calls.
• Responsibilities include notifying appropriate
  authorities and supervisors when alarm signal is received while following
  standard operating procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor CCTV camera system.
• Act upon audible and visual signals from an access
  control system, along with handling alarm signals received from a wireless
  BA system.
• Notify appropriate authorities and security personnel
  if alarm signal is received.
• Must be able to respond quickly and precisely to
  incoming phone calls.
• Must be able to adhere to standard operating procedures
  and special instructions.
• Will be required to document all alarm activity and
  phone calls via PC and activity reports
• Must be able to assist employees via telephone with
  technical type alarm questions.
• Will be required to contact employees by telephone to
  inquire about unusual events. .
• Must be able to handle stress and be able to do
  multi-tasks simultaneously.
• Regular attendance must be maintained.
• This position requires heavy phone work as well as
  taking verbal instructions, typing, reading, speaking and writing.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have High School diploma; Associate's Degree
  preferred  
• Must be able to operate CCTV console including
  knowledge of Digital Video Recording and have basic PC skills.
