Our client, a highly successful, stable, profitable, Denver-based staffing firm, is searching for someone to lead their finance and accounting function. There is an established team, but this role will require some hands-on financial statement preparation, as well as analysis and strategy/planning. Will work closely with other members of executive management and play a key role within the organization.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Some public accounting experience
- Prior exposure to an organization with heavy cash management or weekly payroll (staffing/recruiting normally has this, but there may be exceptions)
- CPA license helpful
