Central Vermont Medical Center has a challenging opportunity for an experienced finance professional. The Controller will be responsible for directing the Accounting Department activities for the Medical Center, which includes a 122 bed community hospital, 153 bed long term care facility and physician office practices.
Major responsibilities include coordination and execution of all financial reporting, general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, cost accounting and financial analysis. A BS degree in Accounting, Business or related discipline is required. 3-5 years related accounting experience, preferably in a healthcare environment in a supervisory capacity. Experience with Meditech and Kronos highly desirable. CPA is required.
