Excellent opportunity to join a stable and growing company in the Chattanooga, Tennessee area.   We are assisting our client with their search of a hand's on controller that has solid general accounting skills as we as the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the company.  The position will have responsibility over all facets of the accounting function, including the month-end closing process and financial reporting, as well as be instrumental in the budgeting and planning activities of the company. 

A Bachelor's degree in accounting is required and CPA certification is a big plus.  Candidates should have at least 5 years' of experience in a controller role and have experience supervising a diverse group of people.  Our client has a very competitive compensation package but prefers only local candidates at this time.
