Job Description:
We are seeking a positive, motivated, self starter to oversee all aspects of our accounting functions for a growing management company providing management services to multiple nursing home locations. Some flex-scheduling/telecommuting a possibility for the right candidate. Job duties to include:
The right candidate will be highly innovative and able to develop and implement efficiencies for continual process improvement and out-of-the-box thinking. Candidate must have strong attention to detail, positive personality, always seeking to better self, and capable of working both individually and as a team player.
Job requirements:
Candidate must have at least 5 years experience performing all accounting functions in a healthcare environment. Long term care experience with accounts receivable experience and the multitude of payor sources strongly preferred. Substantial flex-scheduling is possible for the right candidate and with appropriate organization. Must understand general accounting systems, with experience using Point, Click, Care very helpful. Must be fluent with all Microsoft Office products with strong level of computer comfort. Highest level of ethical standards, personal integrity, and confidentiality is absolutely necessary.
