Our client located in North Houston with revenues are in excess of $3 Billion dollars; seeking a hands on Controller. The Controller will be responsible for monthly and yearly close, financial statements preparation within 8 business days. Analyzing monthly reports, and comparing budget with past and current performance. Submit monthly reports to consortium of banks within 30 days of the next month per credit agreement. Reviewing and updating internal controls for existing and new ventures to eliminate future risks. To be successful in the Controller must have a CPA, 5 plus years experience, must include US GAAP, IFRS and consolidating financial statements, including those of international operations, SAP and willing to travel up to 25% travel: Lagos, Nigeria, Dubai, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea to name a few.
