Title: Controller
Reports to: CEO of Care Capital Management
Job Summary:
The Controller is responsible for all Accounting, Budgeting, Asset Management, Payroll/Benefits and Business Planning for CL Cressler, Inc.
Requirements:
Position requires meeting critical deadlines, accuracy of information, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be willing to travel and attend conferences and meetings as necessary.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ø Forecasting future sales.
Ø Controlling operational expenses and managing the corporate budget.
Ø Manage fixed asset purchases with projected future expenditures.
Ø Generate monthly individual and consolidated income statements.
Ø Report Rx and revenue figures to management team on weekly and monthly basis utilizing graphs and clear precise data reporting.
Ø Oversee staff, job processes and functions to ensure accuracy, efficiency and completion of tasks.
Ø Analyze invoices and monthly expenditures.
Ø Target large expenditures and develop ways to increase revenues and control expenses.
Ø Ensure contract pricing with vendors is occurring and negotiate new contracts where applicable.
Ø Perform financial analysis for all projects with CEO.
Ø Notify CEO of expiring lease agreements and termination deadlines.
Ø Conduct due diligence and define financing pro-formas for all new business proposals.
Ø Report daily cash flow and projections.
Ø Understand technology set-up and transferring of information as related to accounting processes.
Ø CPA firm, Attorneys, Auditors Banking Partners, Wholesalers and Suppliers.
Ø Tax return preparation
Ø Oversee compliance of all employee files to all federal and state payroll record retention requirements.
Ø Manage payroll budgets and processes.
Ø Monitor company benefits, 401K and employee saving plans suggesting improvements to best serve our employees.
Ø Coordinate with brokers to ensure that all areas of business insurances are properly covered at the most cost effective rates.
Ø Assist Management TEAM to establish company objectives each year.
Ø Participate in Board of Directors and Management TEAM meetings as directed.
Ø Support cross-functional projects as requested.
