Controller

Reno based holding company is seeking an experienced, dynamic and driven Controller. The ideal candidate will have practical knowledge of system conversions, Great Plains, and experience in either the construction, mining, or utilities industries as well as being a Chartered Accountant and familiar with Canadian GAAP.  

Responsibilities:

  • Include building and managing the accounting department 
  • Roll up of multiple entities.  
  • Will establish SOX procedures for the organization. 
  • Oversee system conversion from QuickBooks to potentially Great Plains. 

Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in accounting & Canadian GAAP. 

This position is located in Reno, Nevada - applicants must be willing to live in the area. Company has great benefits package and will pay relocation.
