A national credit and collections firm is seeking a Controller for their Virginia Beach team. The controller will lead a small accounting staff and be responsible for the entire accounting process, through month-end including financial statements and analysis. The controller will also interact frequently with all branches ensuring compliance and accuracy in all financial records. The candidate must have 5+ years of leadership experience in an accounting environment, a bachelors degree in accounting, CPA and/or masters degree, hands-on leadership ability, and strong communication and computer skills.
