Established Westchester Real Estate Developer is seeking a Controller. Responsibilities will include overseeing the day to day accounting operations, preparation and analysis of financial statements, as well as general ledger maintenance. As Controller, in this dynamic and highly visible role, you will add value by reviewing project costs to determine deal viability, liaison with project managers and prepare corporate level financials. A successful candidate will have 5 plus years of progressive experience in Real Estate, or public accounting experience with Real Estate clientele, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, excellent inter-personal skills and must be highly proficient with MS Excel, QuickBooks a plus.
