A multifamily real estate property management company is seeking a controller for its Las Vegas office.   The scope of responsibilities includes all aspects of property management accounting: A/R, A/P, account reconciliation, monthly financial reporting, aiding with budget projections, and cash flow projections.

  Qualifications:

- BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance or related major. 

- CPA certification preferred

- Real estate experience preferred

- 4+  years of experience

- Excellent computer skills
