Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

·         Monitor the ongoing performance of EADS-NA Rotorcraft programs (and/or their business units) and the achievement of expected financial goals.   Utilize appropriate financial techniques, such as EVMS, in this process.  Proactively work with LOB leadership to identify risk items and mitigation strategies thereto.   Ensure that estimate-at-completion (EAC) accounting reflects both realism and appropriate financial conservatism.

·         Develop appropriate financial reporting and metrics for LOB programs and provide the necessary guidance and support to the LOB leadership in understanding these results on an ongoing basis.

·         Lead the financial planning process for the LOB area. Develop appropriate pricing rates for LOB use.  Ensure current overhead and other indirect rates are used appropriately.   Serve as the primary interface with US Government regulatory audit and procurement agencies in their review and understanding of our proposals.

·         Lead the proposal pricing efforts for EADS-NA Rotorcraft programs.   Develop in concert with Finance / LOB management appropriate pricing strategies to maximize proposal success.  Support, as required, proposal pricing efforts conducted by other EADS-NA business units and European platform suppliers for Rotorcraft proposals.  Ensure that all proposals comply with appropriate acquisition regulations.

·         Provide leadership for both European BU financial staff engaged in program management and control activities and those staff located at remote Program Management Offices (PMO’s) or managed business units.
