SQL contractor responsible for data conversions from multiple external systems

Complete Description:

Besides the technical expertise of a Programmer, the individual is expected to be involved in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)/AD Cycle.

This candidate will need to work alongside an analyst and take the work done by the analyst and program it.

The successful candidate will need to be able to learn and pick up new systems very quickly.

·         Minimum of 2 years of programming experience

·         Ablity to develop applications with little or no supervision using the following technologies: SQL, Informatica Minimum of 2 years of project experience using SQL

·         Minimum of 1 years of experience using Informatica

·         Familiarity with new client implementations

·         Experience using Microsoft Office Suite

·         Must work effectively with others and possess good communication skills (oral, written, presentation)

·         Ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize effectively to meet customer needs

·         Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

Required Skills

·         2 years of project experience using SQL

·         2 years knowledge of UNIX command line interface

·         1 year Informatica

Desired

·         Experience with Oracle Database

·         Experience with C#, C++, C

·         Experience with Open Source

·         Experience with Perl

·         Korn Shell Script
