Description:
Serves meals by reviewing recipes; assembling, combining, and cooking ingredients; maintaining equipment, inventory, and a sanitary kitchen.
We are looking to fill two part time positions: one in Waterville and one in Montgomery
Waterville:
Three evening shifts a week and every other weekend day shift.
Montgomery:
Two evening shifts a week and every other weekend
Day shift is 7-1 A.M.
Evening shift is 4-8 P.M.
Duties:
* Plans meals by analyzing recipes; retrieving ingredients
* Prepare attractive, nutritious and palatable meals by grilling, sauteing, roasting, frying, and broiling ingredients; verifying doneness, and taste
* Maintains a sanitary kitchen by adhering to state and local sanitation, storage, and refrigeration requirements and codes; cleaning equipment
* Maintains inventory by checking stock
