Froedtert Health is currently seeking Cooks for multiple hours and shifts to perform all duties related to the production of hot and cold food items for hospital patients, staff, and visitors, Meals on Wheels, special functions, and baking. In this position, you will monitor the quality of items produced; work closely with hot and cold food production to deliver the highest standards of product to our customers daily; follow standardized recipes and production sheets; and assure that food is produced in accordance to established standards, procedures and therapeutic restrictions for all diets. You will also be responsible to maintain quality standards in cooking methods, presentation and portion control.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certificate or degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
