Coord Assoc, Data Transf S1 5
- Support custom and common developed processes in the Health Plan market
- Perform data intake processes
- Monitor scheduled production jobs
- Execution of routine non-scheduled jobs
- Execution of audits, claims lag reports, close reports, member download reports, exception reports, utilization reports and customer data extracts
- Distribution of data to downstream systems
- Adhere to Service Level Agreements
- Proactively take steps to improve existing processes by identifying and eliminating non value added steps/processes.
- Working knowledge of software including, but not limited to:
- MS Office Suite
- Oracle and/or SQL Server
- SQL editing tools (Toad, SQL Plus, SQL Navigator*)
- A positive, "can do" attitude
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and assignments to meet required deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are preferred
- Basic understanding of information systems, process flows, and job execution is required
- College Degree Preferred- recent college graduate ideal.
