About the Job

What you will do 

The Coordinator, Retail Support  is the front line Retail customer contact via phone, email and web to resolve EAS and Video products related issues.  Product replacement for customer self-installation or onsite visit by technician, scheduled to meet customer entitlement and needs.

How you will do it 


 


Troubleshooting to resolve customer issues on their first call and without rolling a truck.  Ensuring customer entitlement of products and services under warranty or maintenance agreement or time & material billing. Exchange of faulty equipment for customer self-service.  Assigning qualified technician to service correct customer locations.

Excellent customer service and organizational skills.


 


Critical thinker, able to resolve issues tactfully, following department procedures, company guidelines and ethics.


 


Able to establish strong professional relationships with customers, service technicians and service team managers to ensure robust service delivery for customers.  Liaison between customers and internal contacts and departments


Reports to CRC Team Manager and works in a supportive team environment and is expected to be self-motivated


 


Relied upon to be the primary support for answering both internal and external customer inquiries to maximize customer satisfaction.


 


 


Participates in and succeeds at job-related training and seminars as required.  Exhibits conduct in accordance with all expectations of any and all policies and procedures pertaining to employment.


 


 


High School Diploma or equivalent 


 


3-5 years of work-related experience.


Bi-lingual Spanish or French Canadian for some positions


Technical competency with PCs and software required.


 


Able to work nights and weekends
