Coordinator of Interactive Marketing will be responsible for the development, management and evolution of ARC Broward’s interactive marketing strategy.  Areas of accountability include corporate websites, social media, community portals, blogger outreach, online marketing and digital media development.  

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

·         5 years of progressive professional experience in the interactive field or Bachelor Degree in related field.

·         Expertise in online marketing and social media strategy

·         Strong analytical individual, who is results oriented, yet maintains the ability to think strategically.

·         Strong written and verbal skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills; ability to communicate about technical matters in layman's terms as well as clearly articulate thoughts, vision and direction.  

·         Outstanding collaboration skills, with proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders across business lines to accomplish shared goals and manage expectations. 

·         English language skills required; bi-lingual/Spanish plus.

·         Ability to work flexible hours and days.

·         Self Motivated; works well under pressure; ability to exercise judgment, prioritize and multi task; flexible
