We would to consider your background, if you have the following:
- Minimum of Bachelor's Biology (microbiology) or related major; prefer advanced degree.
- You will "tread on a larger stage" than a plant Quality Assurance Manager. You will need to stand up to senior executives, hold your ground and demonstrate your position. An example would be your competitors use a particular ingredient in a product. Your executive management want to meet competition. The product is not FDA approved. You make your case.
- Minimum of 5 years in a leadership Quality Assurance and/or R&D role with a well-branded food or beverage manufacturer.
- Willing to travel 50% to site locations.
- Combine the communication leadership to insure product integrity with managerial courage and effective communications from consultants to suppliers to corporate to factories.
- Demonstrate effective recent product launches in food or beverage from a Quality Assurance view.
- Likely our ideal candidate is currently employed as a Corporate Quality Assurance Manager working in a Technology Center.
