Company Responsibilities
• Understand and be able to articulate the various TranDotCom Solutions
• Enhanced familiarity with the TDC Loan Management Systems
• Understand documentation, rate schedules, underwriting structures
• Be familiar with basic bank operating structure and policies
• Be familiar with various lending models and the implementation of such
Sales Responsibilities
• Sell application to the broad financial services marketplace as defined in individual sales plan
• Sell additional enhancements and modules to existing customers - ie. Line of Credit
• Adhere to a prospect development as defined in goal plan
• Development of strong industry knowledge
• Develop prospects and maintain contacts through the following manners:
o Cold Calling
o Existing TDC Relationships
o Internet Searches
o List
o Trade Magazine Advertising
o Tradeshows
o Referrals
o Associations
o Vendor Associations
• Implement timely follow-up system for prospects
• Retain knowledge of basic regulations within the industry
• Refinement of business development plan with management
• Marketplace requirements for new products
• Create proposals and other communication items with client
• Preparation for shows and Presentations
Requirements:
• 5 years of Sales Experience
• Bachelors Degree
• A professional demeanor and appearance, both on the phone and in person.
• A highly self-motivated individual able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Works under general supervision - typically reports to Vice President
• Must be a team player and assist where requested in all sales and marketing efforts
• A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required
• Proficiency in TranDotCom Loan Management System with an ability to understand and
articulate the values and benefits
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools in order to carry out sales process
• Ability to generate and implement new marketing ideas and practices
