Our client, a fast growing, profitable, high-tech company in Northern Virginia, is looking for a strong Manager of Corporate Accounting. The Manager of Corporate Accounting will oversee and supervise the headquarters accounting function, ensuring that the financial results are recorded completely, accurately, and timely in accordance with US GAAP. The Manager will ensure that all internal controls are in compliance with SOX, as well as support various headquarters Financial Accounting system and initiatives, including Oracle, Hyperion, and Reporting.
Requirements:
-Bachelors in accounting, & CPA, Big 4 and Corporate, preferred
-Experience 5-7 years, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role
-Knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls, financial reporting.
-Expert knowledge of Excel; Working knowledge of Oracle. HFM, Concur, and FAS experience, preferred, not required.
-Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem solving abilities. Proven ability to multitask. Some light travel required.
