Corporate Compliance Specialist III

Manages carrier marketing activities for insurance division commercial accounts, including receiving requests for quotations from account personnel, identifying appropriate carriers, sending requests, negotiating favorable quotes and preparing recommendations. Markets personally the largest, most complex accounts. Manages staff, establishing goals and evaluating results. Ensures that own work, as well as work of any employees supervised, is in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and guidelines, as detailed in policies located on Company intranet; policies include but are not limited to Fair Lending, Know Your Customer, Bank Secrecy Act and other applicable anti-money-laundering policies.

Requirements:

Insurance licensing required and professional designation preferred, including CPCU, CIC or ARM. 4-year degree or the equivalent combination of education and work experience required. 10+ years multi-line commercial insurance experience required. In-depth knowledge of insurance industry and carrier specialties. Demonstrated strong knowledge of various insurance lines. Strong relationship management skills. Excellent negotiation skills. Management experience required. Analytical ability. Communications skills, both verbal and written.
