Due to our growth, we are seeking a Corporate Controller to join our finance team. Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, your primary functions will be:

* Manage accounting, credit & collections, and inventory control staffs
* Review month end financial statements and reconciliations
* Work with Credit Manager to assess credit risk in conjunction with sales force
* Review and monitor credit memos, analyze trends, and report findings
* Perform sales analysis by sales divisions and products lines
* Participate in annual budgeting process and year-end audit
* Enhance monthly financial reporting package
* Establish and monitor internal controls and policies
* Work with VP Finance on projects

Candidates must have:

* At least 5 years experience in a management position as Controller and
* Minimum of BA/BS in accounting or finance

Excellent interpersonal skills are required to supervise staff, work collaboratively with other departments, and respond to management requests. You must have unrestricted ability to work a variable schedule as business and department needs require. Experience with SAP software and possessing an advanced finance/accounting/MBA degree are distinct pluses.
