Corporate Executive Chef (100,000++) Detroit suburbs
Our client is searching for a candidate with multi outlet hotel, convention center, or corporate dining experience on a large scale. Will direct a motivated team of sous chefs, require creative talents, computer expertise, must enjoys being hands on. A key factor is the ability to manage multiple events and projects happening daily. Prefer hotel experience similar to Ritz, Hyatt, Starwood, etc. Culinary degree required.
