The Program is designed to include targeted job assignments and developmental moves every 12-18 months over a 24-36 month period. Position Overview
Associates will rotate through key financial and accounting disciplines at Tyco corporate and business divisions. Those areas include Treasury, Financial Planning & Analysis, Mergers & Acquisitions, Accounting & Controls, Audit, and Investor Relations.
Location: Princeton, NJ for initial assignment, subsequent assignments TBD, must be willing to relocate

Qualifications
Education
• MBA, CPA, and/or Masters degree in Accounting or Finance
Experience
• At least 3 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or a related business/technical field
Skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to build sophisticated financial models
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Self-starter, quick learner, and adaptable to changing business requirements
• Ability to influence, motivate, and lead others effectively
