The purpose of this position is to work with the Corporate Finance Director to generate and analyze financial reporting for the RAPP US network.
Duties and Responsibilities of Accounting Manager
· Owner of the corporate and global financial statements, including ledger accounting and analysis
· Manage accounting assistants to streamline reporting
· Post all recurring journal entries to support the generation of monthly financial statements
· Monthly payroll reconcilations including processing, reclassification and posting entries
· Reconcile all balance sheet accounts monthly
· Perform all steps in monthly check list for financial statement preparation
· Review monthly income statements for discrepancies
· Post revenue by client (agency only) and income tax accrual
· Review balance sheets for discrepancies with specific emphasis on work in process
· Completion of quarterly schedules in financial reporting package and PBCs
· Reconciliation of PeopleSoft ledger to reporting package after submission
· Weekly review of all accounts payable and purchase order activity
· Maintain fixed assets and prepaid expenses in FAS program
· Assist the Corporate Finance Director with intercompany reconciliation process and Sarbanes compliance
· Ad hoc tasks for CFO and Corporate Finance Director
· Potential supervision of financial analysts

Minimum Qualifications
· 2-3 years accounting experience; Bachelor’s degree required
· Strong computer skills (particularly MS Excel), PeopleSoft experience preferred
