Schneider Downs Corporate Finance, LP seeks an experienced Senior Analyst to join its Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania office. SDCF provides corporate finance services, including mergers, acquisitions, recapitalizations and private placements of debt.

Responsibilities – This position is responsible for a variety of roles which include:

*        Creation and maintenance of financial statement analyses and models

*         Researching key financial and non-financial data

*        Budgeting and forecasting

*       Compiling reports for management

*      Participate in various marketing and recruiting activities of the firm

Requirements - Candidates should have 3-5 years of related experience and must have excellent verbal and written communication skills; effective MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills; strong attention to detail; excellent problem solving/analytical skills; and the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure. Some travel may be required. Ability to adapt easily to change.

Education - Bachelor's degree in related discipline required. Master's degree or other advanced degree in related discipline preferred. MBA desired.
