The Opportunity:Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) seeks a professional, innovative and detailed individual for our Corporate Marketing Manager position. Corporate Marketing ManagerResponsibilities: - Work with the Director of Corporate Marketing to develop and execute a strategic corporate marketing plan that increases and ensures brand awareness for Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories.
- Develop promotional strategies and campaigns for corporate marketing initiatives and special projects.
- Develop marketing messages for special campaigns and initiatives to ensure high impact and effectiveness with key constituencies.
- Lead team to improve standards and maintain brand consistency across the organization.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of corporate marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Create a highly productive working relationship with sales and customer service, product marketing and development, and marketing communications teams.
- Create, follow, and improve Corporate Marketing processes.
Qualifications: - Five years marketing or related experience.
- Exceptional communications skills, particularly written communication.
- Knowledge of principles and methods for promoting to a variety of different audiences.
- Flexibility and adaptability to varied business requirements.
- High level of personal initiative, accountability, and follow-through.
- Ability to work professionally and effectively with a wide array of individuals.
- Experience promoting campaigns through a variety of media, including press, direct mail, internet, flyers, conferences, and trade shows.
- Ability to travel.
Preferred Qualifications: - B.S. Marketing
- Business to business marketing experience
- Technical marketing experience highly valued
