DESCRIPTION:
Full time Corporate Operations Manager to be responsible for driving and managing functions and operational processes that support the delivery of services in the corporate office, as well as regional and on-site locations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and manage operational policies
- Direct project management activities
- Develop strategic relationships with clients’ operational contacts to support their operational excellence needs
- Lead and drive operational initiatives
- Provide and coordinate training
- Set and direct best practices performance standards based on industry trends and client and customer requirements
- Conduct regularly scheduled audits and reviews
- Monitor and report client expectations and service level agreements conformance and results
- Investigate and evaluate new technologies and business operational practices to ensure operational efficiencies and service excellence
- Provide technical support to include project budgeting and scheduling
- Facilitate and coordinate negotiations of agreements for all facilities, equipment and technology requirements and purchases
- Manage and lead cross-functional teams set up to evaluate and develop solutions for improving operational and service excellence
Requirements
The ideal candidates should:
- BA/BS and/or proven operations management experience in staffing industry
- 5+ years of progressive project and operations management experience
- Solid experience with providing first level support for office technologies
- Strong working knowledge and experience with MS Office Suite and staffing industry technologies
- Strong experience with leading and executing cross-functional and organizational initiatives.
