Position Summary This new position reporting to the Director of Engineering will work with the engineering and manufacturing teams in the design, installation, start-up and overall project management of various manufacturing engineering projects and strategic initiatives. This position could be based at our Eddystone, PA R&D center (just outside Philadelphia) or at one of our manufacturing facilities. FXI is an EEO/AA employer M/F/D/V.Requirements: · Minimum degree requirement is a 4-year degree in chemical or mechanical engineering · 5 years prior experience managing and executing equipment projects in a manufacturing environment, preferably in heavy industry or chemical processing. · Familiarity with fluid handling equipment, including pumps, heat exchangers, controls and power transmission equipment, is desirable. · PMP Certification and/or other formal project management training desired. · Must be proficient with computers and typical applications including Excel, Project and AutoCAD. · Must be self-directed, be task oriented and perform in a fast-paced environment · Must possess planning/organization, analytical and problem solving skills · Outstanding communication & interpersonal skills · Ability to positively interact with others in a team environment · 60% travel is required
