HLP Solutions has partnered up with this large Medical Operations Company. This is a great contract to perm opportunity for a strong Corporate Recruiter with Corporate Experience in Medical and other areas. This person will be handling large projects and supporting 30 to 40 requisitions. Most the positions will be in Dallas but some are national.
• Engages recruiting assignments of complexity to review applicant credentials, assess qualified candidates, and partner with potential applicants to determine their desired positions.
• Account management abilities working with mangers and other hiring authorities to determine hiring target, detailed job descriptions and make hiring decisions.
• Compiles and distributes company information/related materials and performs professional and administrative functions in support of recruiting efforts.
• Coordinates with managers and applicants to schedule and conduct both phone and in-person interviews.
• Oversees aspects of the new hire on-boarding paperwork process to ensure applicants and company have documents needed to start.
• Clear understanding of sourcing techniques and tools such as linkedin, facebook, google, boolean, job boards (Monster, CareerBuilder etc), ATS (database) and other resources to locate qualified candidates.
• Bachelor's degree required
• Desire to work in the recruiting, helping people with new careers.
• 2+ years in the recruiting field (prefer a mix of agency and internal experience)
• Strong organizational and communication (both verbal and written) skills.
