Help First American Payment Systems continue as a leader in the credit card processing industry by providing technical and customer service support to our nationwide sales team from our Fort Worth corporate headquarters as a Corporate Sales: Account Executive. You will assist in explanation of our products and services and providing informative sales literature to sales representatives and prospective clients. In addition, you will assist in the deployment, pricing, and support of our credit/debit card and check guarantee products.
Responsibilities/Focus:
- Merchant Relationships
- Conducts a consultative analysis/ prepare and deliver a proposal for the merchant opportunities received through corporate sales.
- Sells new accounts (referred by partner’s) to achieve or exceed assigned revenue objectives.
- Receives and produces sales via telephone from prospective customers.
- Consistently gains knowledge of company's products and services in order to facilitate sales efforts.
- Maintains sales records and prepares sales reports as required.
- Provides follow-up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction with products and/or services provided.
- Acts as Relationship Manager to assigned Strategic Partner’s.
- Goal of signing 25 credit deals a month
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Bilingual Candidates a plus!

- Is a compelling and articulate speaker in a variety of settings, easily adapting messages to match the audience.

- Excellent ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences, including non-technical.
- Ability to develop rapport with client management and maintain strong working relationships. Successfully manages customer expectations.

- Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and juggle multiple priorities.
- Dedicated to exceeding quality standards and providing products and services of the highest caliber.

- PC proficiency and strong skills in MS Word and Excel.
- Customer service and technology support experience is preferred.
