Opportunity

 

The Corporate Services Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a group of up to 15 administrative employees, including receptionists and general administrative staff. This position will also ensure the successful delivery of corporate support services within a specific group of buildings, locations and/or Business Units. This position will work to maintain a high degree of consistency with corporate policies and procedures, while addressing the needs of the internal customers.

 

Responsibilities

 
·         Supports interal customers with all administrative and clerical labor personnel to include full time and temporary labor support (hires, handles terminations, performance reviews, salary recommendations, temporary labor budget, labor budget forecast etc.).

·         Attends and participates in management meetings (prepares formal presentations, labor forcast, facility reports, etc.)

·        This position is responsible for the selection, development and on-going evaluation of administrative employees to ensure the efficient operation of assigned tasks. 

·         The supervisor will assign tasks, check work at frequent intervals, ensure performance standards, maintain schedules and coordinate with various General and Administration (G&A) groups to meet company requirements.

·         Guides staff in the development of career goals and provides ongoing coaching and training

·         Builds rapport with internal and external customers and committed to meeting customer expectations.

·         Coordination with Facilities Manager and Building Security Manager to ensure that all building occupants needs are met.



Requirements

 

·         Bachelor’s Degree in is preferred; not required

·         5+ years of related experience in a large, complex organizations /corporate structure environment (Office Manager, Corporate Services, Administrative Supervisor, Administrative Manager, Facilities Manager)

·         Must have experience managing a team of administrative staff (administrative assistants, receptionist, clerical staff and facilities personnel)

·         Excellent computer skills (Blackberry, MS Outlook, MS Office)

·         Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)
